Melding traditional spices and methodologies with modern approaches for a vibrant East Nashville neighborhood, Executive Chef Angel Postalakis has introduced an elevated menu for the Indian cuisine space, focusing on handmade sauces, creative & health conscious options and beyond.
After over a decade of global culinary experience, Angel chose East Nashville as her new home, bringing with her a passion for exotic flavors, heritage technique and a flair for new world cuisine. After helming kitchens in LA and continuing her education is Sweden, Angel found her voice in communal dining life, bringing people together over a shared experience.
